Early Access Pass add-on holders (one per adult Weekend Camping ticket holder) may arrive from 4pm-10pm, Thursday 30 May.

If you intend to arrive at or near 10am on any day, please be patient as there can sometimes be a rush of earlybirds making parking slightly more difficult.

The festival officially concludes at midday on the Monday and all guests must be off site by this time.

When leaving the festival, please be patient as the entrance to the festival site can get congested and affected by adverse weather causing issues for some vehicles.

Please note, anyone wishing to stay overnight at the festival (including campervan or glamping options) must book a ticket option ‘with camping’.

What’s included with the Campervan Pass?

Campervan Passes are add-ons allowing use of one campervan pitch on one of the two campervan fields. Any festival attendee using a Campervan Pass must also hold a valid festival ticket which includes camping.

Pitches are 7m x 5m in size. All campervans, caravans and motorhomes must comfortably fit within their designated pitches, along any awning, canopy, tent or other external additions to accommodation. Towing vehicles can be parked alongside sleep-in vehicles if they fit within the pitch dimensions, otherwise a Car Park Pass must be bought and the towing vehicle moved to the car park area.

Pitches are allocated by by stewards. Pitches cannot be reserved. If you would like a campervan pitch next to friends, we recommend you aim to arrive at the same time to increase likelihood that you will be pitched together.

FyneFest reserves the right to request the removal of any external additions to pitches should the present any risk to other attendees.

We do not allow makeshift campervans on site and campervan pitches cannot be used for tents only.

We are currently unable to offer electric hook-up/power for campervans and generators are not permitted on site.

I have a campervan that is too large for a campervan pitch, what can I do?

Please contact tickets@fyneales.com with the dimensions of you campervan, caravan or motorhome.

Do I need to purchase a Car Park Pass if I have a Campervan Pass?

If both your towing vehicle and accommodation vehicle fit comfortably inside the designated pitch size (7x5m), you may park your vehicle adjacent to the accommodation and do not need to purchase a Car park Pass.

Any vehicle that does not fit within the pitch alongside the accommodation will be required to park in the car park and a Car Park Pass will be required.

Do I need to purchase a Car Park Pass?

Anyone bringing vehicle on site (car, motorbike, van etc) that will not be parked in a campervan pitch will be required to purchase a Car Park Pass from the tickets page of the website to help cover restoration of the site following the festival.

We encourage ticket-holders to share transport to and from the event as much as possible as parking space may be limited.

Car Park spaces will be allocated by stewards on arrival.

Do I need to book tickets for under-18s?

Yes, all under-18s must have valid tickets for the festival.

FyneFest reserves the right to check identification for any ticket holder.
